Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter Cardiff to £32kWe're on the lookout for Recruitment Consultant / Recruiters to join our European function here at Client Server; one of the top performing teams within the business who focus solely on hiring exceptional candidates in European markets.Our Europe team has seen a period of rapid growth since its inception three years ago. The team has doubled revenue year on year and is looking to do the same again in 2024.If you are interested in joining a company that is motivated by growth, then this role could be for you. 80% of Client Server's Team Leads have progressed through the business, and we are looking to specialise in different areas of European Technology as we scale, so there is real potential to lead a significant part of the team in a short space of time. The record monthly commission earnt by a team member was £23,000, and we are looking for a driven individual who's excited by that kind of earning potential. We're also a huge fan of incentives, paying out over £80,000 last year, and our quarterly holiday voucher alone has rewards of up to £12,000 per consultant.At Client Server we prioritise efficiency of results through our split-desk model, meaning you can dedicate your time to generating relationships with candidates from our database, supported by your LinkedIn Recruiter seat and advert applications. You'll be the critical point of contact for clients, navigating competing demands and managing relationships to maximise the likelihood of smoothly fulfilling their requirements.You will be based in brand new, central Cardiff offices a stones throwaway from the station and close to an excellent selection of restaurants, shops, and bars.
