Junior Developer

A global power & natural gas commodities client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to join the team in London UK. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working on enterprise integration interfaces, focusing on troubleshooting, analysis, and support. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in Python, SQL and Java while also gaining experience with ETRM systems. Work with Java, SQL and Python to troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and ensure content accuracy. Analyze and resolve issues where content does not flow through correctly. Provide support to address bugs and ensure smooth operation of product interfaces. Gradually contribute to enterprise system integration, learning and applying best practices over time. Collaborate with senior team members to understand and assist with enterprise integration work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum 2 years of development experience enterprise systems: AWS, Python, Java, or similar. Familiarity with SQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment.
