Job Requirements / Description
First Line Support – Windows / ITIL / Networks Contract position; Daily rate; Must be able to start as soon as possible for this vacancy My client are a leading technical consultancy, who cover the entire UK for leading projects. This project is support internal users, on tickets varying from password resets, to workspace set ups. The role is a first line support vacancy, which operates within a service desk setting. Windows OS (10/11), mobile devices, Windows technologies like SCCM, Active Directory, all within an ITIL environment.
