Remote software engineering role paying up to £120k I am looking for an experienced Software engineer to join a fast paced startup in the space-tech space! My client are at the forefront of Telecommunications and their vision involves using lasers to revolutionize internet connectivity over long distances at faster speeds. Develop software using Golang, C++, Java, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers. Design and develop software for the Spacetime platform to support 5G NTN (Next-Generation Terrestrial Networks). Create and maintain documentation related to software design and implementation. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the software. BsC in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with wireless communications, modeling of wireless performance, and satellite communications. Experience working with customers/end-users, answering questions, and devising creative solutions. Working experience with 3GPP 5G Core and Radio Access Network standards (including the impact of 3GPP Release-17 and -18). Pension plan.
