Room leader

The nursery is part of a large childcare provider who are recruiting a room leader to join their busy nursery. They offer an excellent salary as well as future training and promotion opportunities. Situated close to Withdean Park, the nursery has excellent public transport links as well as parking close by. Working in this nursery, one minute you will be having messy play indoors, possible a game of sleeping lions and then you could be outside in the garden on a minibeast discovery. If you believe the children’s day should be filled with fun activities and laughter, this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate will: • Have at least 6 months experience working within a nursery or • Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification. • Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. • 10-year checkable work/education history. • Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’ What we are looking for: • Real passion for education and learning. • Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues • Adaptable and reliable. • Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team • Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months. To be considered for this role you must hold a minimum level 3 early years qualification. As this role is full time, there will be varied shift patterns that will be determined by the nursery. We will also require you to have a basic qualification interview with your designated consultant
