Business Development Manager – Stone / High-End Fit-out - London   Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Stonework and High-End Fit-out projects? If so, we want to hear from you.   We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join a leading construction company specialising in natural stone and tiling services, particularly in high-end commercial and residential projects. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and playing a crucial role in the pre-contract sales process.   Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the high-end project market. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships. Lead the pre-contract process, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from the initial bid through to completion. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities. Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or pre-contract roles within high-end construction or project markets. Strong negotiation skills with a history of winning and closing high-value contracts. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work autonomously. A deep understanding of the high-end construction market and its key players.
