On-site Team Leader

A bespoke packaging solutions company who support clients from the automotive, aerospace, energy and oil & gas industries are looking to recruit and On-site Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities ;

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Project Manager the Team Leader will be required to manage a small team of On-site Operatives both in the warehouse and on-site.The successful candidate will lead, inspire and motivate his team to work in a safe and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities for the On-site Team Leader role will include:

• Lead their team ensuring all work is delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and in accordance with legislation / industry and company standards.
• Liaise with third party representatives on sensitive sites across the UK.
• Order plant & materials as required to deliver the task.
• Work closely with the MD and Project Manager to achieve all company objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure a point of work risk assessments are completed on each job / project, so a safe method of working is achieved.

The Ideal Candidate ;

We are looking for a On-site Team Leader who will possess the following :

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
• Survey / report writing experience.
• Health & Safety awareness.
• COSHH awareness.
• Full driving licence.
• IPAF card ( desirable not essential ).
