Plumber

Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a public sector estates team who are looking to appoint a Plumber.

The role

• You will be working as a Plumber doing planned and reactive maintenance to systems.
• Working with a range of heating systems, drainage and other water systems.
• You will be working across different areas of the estate where work is necessary - Mostly all on a static site
  

Requirements

• You will hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating.
• Driving License is required to move around the estate as work dictates
• Experience outside of a residential setting
