Our client is a niche creative agency on the south coast. Specialising in corporate comms and working with brands in the FTSE 250. The agency, although small, deliver work that packs a creative punch.The Creative Lead will act as the Creative Directors right hand person. As Creative Lead you will be responsible for leading your creative projects, mentoring junior and midweight Designers and presenting ideas to clients.The Creative Lead will need to be a strong conceptual thinker as well as a capable and speedy hands on Designer. This is a superb opportunity for a Creative Lead to make their mark on high profile, international brands.The Creative Lead position will encompass:Concepts, idea development and design roll out for client campaigns and projectsWorking across brand design, creative campaigns, infographics, print and digital assets, basic animationKnowledge sharing with more junior team membersSupporting the CD with pitches and larger projectsBeing an advocate for the agency and always striving to push the boundaries and deliver the very best creative work for your clientsThe Creative Lead will ideally have:A design degree or equivalentExperience working as a Creative Lead (or similar) in a fast paced agency environmentA portfolio showing brand and campaign work across print, digital, infographics and animationFull knowledge of the Adobe CC, plus AfterEffects and ideally PowerPointMy client is based in Brighton and has a hybrid working policy of four days per week in the office. The Creative Lead must live locally enough that this is feasible. Sadly, I cannot consider candidates who cannot work onsite in Worthing four days per week.
