SEN Teaching Assistant

ABC Teachers are recruiting for SEN teaching assistants to support SEN children on a 1 to 1 basis in primary schools within Walsall and surrounding areas to work on a part-time and day-to-day basis. The role  This role includes the following: Working on a part-time / full-time basis between 08:30-15:30. Working on a 1 to 1 basis with SEN children across all year groups. Dedicated support to pupils to help improve their education. The school  ABC Teachers work with a number of forward thinking and committed schools, that ensure they meet the needs of the students and help them achieve the best of their ability. These schools are all rated by Ofsted as Good or Outstanding. Requirements  To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:  Have had prior experience working with a child with special educational needs.  Have a drive to provide the best possible service to the children in their care.  Be adaptable to different environments and situations.  Teaching assistant qualifications are not compulsory with the right experience.  Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.  Be able to gain relevant references from most recent and relevant roles.   ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
