Overview: We are seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning multi-disciplinary practice. This role will be based in our Corsham office, with some flexibility for homeworking.

Main Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish project budgets.
• Develop tender documents, contracts, and manage procurement processes.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports.
• Value completed work, manage payments, and prepare final accounts.
• Conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
• Ensure compliance with construction laws and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• RICS certification preferred.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of construction law and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
