Job Title: Soft FM Manager Band: 7/8a dependant on experience Location: London NHS Trust Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), Full-time About the Role: An NHS Trust in London is seeking an experienced Soft Facilities Manager to join their Estates and Facilities team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is vital for overseeing the financial, operational, and contractual management of key services, including Domestic Services, Grounds & Gardens, Waste Management, and Laundry & Linen. You will lead Patient Environment Inspections, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and achieving high scores in PLACE (Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment.
