My client a Real Estate business are looking to hire a People Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role is based near Waterloo and you would be required in the office 5 days a week.Duties will include:Responsible for the full people lifecycle including HR, performance management and learningCreating and processing all employee documentationManaging employee lifecycle changes and ensuring all systems are kept up to dateFirst POC for all employeesResponsibility for training, benefits, L&D and payroll administration.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all junior- mid level rolesSupporting the Head of HR with senior recruitmentOrganising training session with external providersCompiling and presenting on headcount, turnover and recruitment reporting.Competencies:Have a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in HRIdeally you will have experience working in a SMEStrong attention to detailsExcellent reporting and analytics skillsExperience ideally in a professional services environment.
