In partnership with a recognised provider, I am seeking a Registered Manager to lead one of their small, established residential services in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the residential service. Ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated staff. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff. Requirements: Registered Manager qualification. Proven experience in a similar role within a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A deep commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
