Recruitment Processes : Conduct interviews, post job ads, and manage vacancies, focusing on compliance requirements. Vacancy Fulfilment : Filling positions on both a supply and contract basis. Required Skills and Experience: Recruitment/Sales Track Record : Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential Compliance Knowledge : Understanding specific compliance regulations related to recruitment in education.
