Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Life Science Sales Specialist/Sales & Marketing Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of DNA and RNA sample extraction and clinical pathogen detection diagnostics within a defined territory. This role combines direct sales with sales & marketing management responsibilities and requires a strong understanding of the clinical laboratory market. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales quotas for DNA and RNA sample extraction and clinical pathogen detection products.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in clinical laboratories, including pathologists, microbiologists, and laboratory managers.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of the product portfolio.Provide technical support and product training to customers. Manage, develop and grow a small team of sales representatives. Provide sales coaching and mentorship to team members.Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team.Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with outside marketing agency to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field. Proven track record of success in medical device or diagnostic sales. Experience in sales management (preferred). Strong understanding of the clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software applications. Desired Skills :Knowledge of DNA and RNA sample extraction and clinical pathogen detection technologies. Experience in the healthcare industry.
