CRM Manager £Cambridge based, walking distance from Cambridge train station 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Are you passionate about driving customer loyalty and revenue growth? We are working with a D2C ecommerce business going through a period of growth after a successful acquisition. They're looking looking for a Customer Retention Manager to lead their efforts in transforming customers into brand advocates. CRM Strategy: Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget. Data & Insights: Lead data-driven insights to personalise communication. Team Management: Oversee and develop your team. Customer Care Integration: Collaborate to enhance the customer experience.5+ years in CRM and email marketing. Expert understanding and hands-on experience of managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and multi-audience communications essential. Experience of database management, database mining, list segmentation and contact targeting. Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
