Pre-construction Manager

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Pre-construction Manager to join a national contractor specialising in refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. The role will be based out of their Dartford office and will be focusing on pre-construction matters across all the workload in the region.

Requirements:

• Refurbishment experience within a residential setting
• Good technical knowledge and ability to co-ordinate design teams
• Able to work towards deadlines
• Proficient in MS Project and able to produce programmes
• Write project execution plans, logistics, construction phase plans, method statements
• Good knowledge on temporary works
• Understand and able to support the tender process and positively influence the quality of submissions
