IT Business Analyst – D365 – Wolverhampton/Flexible£65k – £75k plus benefits – 2 days in the office near Wolverhampton expectedIT Business Analyst required for an organisation based near Wolverhampton that is progressing through an exciting business & technology transformation programme, including a Dynamics 365 transformation. As a result, an experienced Business Analyst with experience working with D365 is required to assist with the gathering of requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders. There is an exciting roadmap of technology and business improvements ahead, so a great time to join the business!Ideally through your experience working with Dynamics 365, you will have understanding of some of the following modules: CRM, F&O, CE or Contact CentreRole overview:Within the role you will work with internal stakeholders, via workshops and other forms of requirements gathering, to assess the requirements for the new system improvement.
