I have a great opportunity based in Thetford for an experienced Customer Service advisor to join a fast growing, fun a d friendly team. The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence, and own transport.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Taking calls and dealing with customers in a professional manner.

Responding to customer queries, via email or online chat

Ensuing all details of calls and queries are logged on the system.

You will need:

UK Driving License and own transport

Customer service experience

Great Time management

A good phone manner, with excellent communication both verbally and written.

Able to work in a busy environment remaining focused on your tasks.
