Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of fire safety strategies across various sectors Manage and mentor a team of fire consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery Oversee complex fire safety projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with UK fire regulations Provide expert guidance on fire engineering solutions, fire risk assessments, and regulatory requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and approval authorities Drive business development initiatives, helping to secure new projects and expand service offerings Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership Required Skills: Extensive experience in fire safety or fire engineering Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and standards Proven track record of delivering fire safety projects in a client-facing role Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive growth Benefits & Offerings: Competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 (higher salaries considered on a case-by-case basis) Private medical and life insurance 6% pension contribution Flexible working policy (typically 2 days working from home per week) Travel allowancesThis is an exceptional opportunity for a senior fire professional to step into a leadership role, driving innovation and growth in the fire safety sector.
