The role is full time and permanent. The working hours are 8:30-4:15. The role will start as soon as possible for the right person. About The Role Working on a 1:1 basis with children with autism and SEMH Delivering small academic interventions with children working below age expeced levels Helping children to engage within lessons Liaising with senior leadership around progress of the pupils What The School Are Looking For Prior experience of working with children with SEN Graduate or relevant childcare qualification Excellent relationship building skills A resillient attitude and can take on a challenge Excellent behaviour management Reliability and excellent punctuallity About The School Based on a working farm and a big focus on animal therapy Brand new building with excellent sports faciltities Up to 5 'wellbeing days' per year to take at your convenience A supportive senior leadership team with 15+ years experience Free breakfast and lunch provided each day by the school If you would like to apply for this role, please send across your CV via the application page.
