They're looking for a Sales Executive to join their team of 12. The Sales Executive will be responsible for compiling lists of contacts and communicating with them primarily by email with details of digital resources relevant to their needs. Key Responsibilities * You will write prospecting emails to send to all your contacts * Our marketing team will also run their own mailer campaigns sent to different sets of contacts from yours so providing you with even more leads * You will provide the requested information and follow up after a week or two with the aim of securing subscription sales * Our approach is consultative and advisory, we don’t do hard or aggressive selling but there are sales targets to be achieved * Track tasks against the CRM update customer accounts, set up sales opportunities, and send out free trials and price quotations Skills and Experience * At least 2 years’ experience working in sales and account management * A degree in any subject is preferred but not essential * Use of digital resources/online desirable * Sales experience gained in publishing an advantage but not essential * Excellent spelling and grammar * A friendly, confident telephone manner * Highly organised and able to balance several tasks at once * Team player mentality Global CTS Limited No terminology used in this job description is intended to discriminate against a person’s age, race, religion, gender, marital status, colour, disability or sexual orientation.
