Overview
Join our People Team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering dynamic HR services that align with our company objectives. This fast-paced position offers a chance to make a significant impact on employee experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, including performance management and grievances.
Oversee talent management processes and ensure effective onboarding/offboarding.
Analyse data to provide insights and make informed recommendations.
Advocate for inclusion and belonging initiatives.
Act as the compliance point of contact, supporting policy implementation.
Skills & Experience:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, outcome-focused approach.
CIPD qualified (or working towards) and experience with Workday is a plus.
