Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £60,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a forward thinking Law Firm working with high profile clients across a variety of industries. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a Change Manager to join the team.

The Role:

• Leading change management efforts in key projects within strategic plans.
• Conducting change impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and managing key stakeholders.
• Assisting the Project Manager in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Working with the Project Manager to integrate change activities into the project plan.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in delivering and embedding various organisational changes, especially in technology, or a strong background in operational technology with solid change management expertise.
• Strong understanding of how people experience change and the overall change process.
• Knowledge and experience with change management principles, methods, and tools.

The Package:

Base salary: £60,000
