Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting our growing client again for the appointment of a Proposals Coordinator based in Aberdeen. Our client provide specialist engineering solutions through a diverse product line to a number of industries including Construction and Oil & Gas, with locations across the Globe. This role will support the business development and sales team with the coordinator, submission and management of enquiries, ITT’s and RFQ documents from initial receipt through to win/loss. Job Description * Support in the oversight of the bdi/tender/quote preparation and approvals * Follow up on the status of sales/rental proposals * Maintain proposal tracing within CRM from initial receipt to win/loss * Support the development of all sales, rental and spare parts quotes ensuring all appropriate documents are attached * Develop data and reports to the sales team * Assist BD with order handover to operations where required * Support stakeholders in meeting deadlines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their input Skills Required * Degree or professional qualification/relevant experience * Previous experience in a similar role in a rental-based company preferred * Experience in InspHire and database management systems * Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems such as Saleforce preferred
