Internal Sales Executive

Manchester

Up to 30,000 + Bonus

Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Our client who won an award for Top Employer 2024 is looking a candidate with customer service or sales experience in European Road Freight.

Main Duties:

  • Maximising business potential through management and development of existing customer accounts and offering tailored solutions.
  • Making client and supplier visits.
  • To identify and follow up on sales leads.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations team.
  • Staying up to date with market developments and competitors.
  • Negotiating the best prices with suppliers.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to offer a seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Road freight knowledge / experience in a freight forwarding company - Desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Negotiating and pricing skills
  • Key account management
