About the role: As the new EYFS Teacher, you’ll be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team in providing high-quality education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be leading a class of eager and curious young learners, fostering their creativity, confidence, and social skills. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment, and working closely with teaching assistants and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. • Experience in Early Years teaching (preferred but not essential). • A genuine passion for working with young children. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework. • Track and monitor individual progress, providing tailored support when necessary. • Work closely with colleagues and parents to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment. • Promote the personal, social, and emotional development of each child. • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where children can thrive.
