Lead Backend Developer - .NET, Azure
We are partnered with a very reputable FinTech in London who are looking for an established Lead Backend Developer to join their high performing C#/.NET team.
The Lead Backend Developer will be measured on the success and performance of the team, and must have a strong product focused mindset, especially for API and cloud engineering.
This role will have a slight lean on the people management side and the ideal candidate will have experience line managing a small team of 4-6 people. The role will still be hands on and you will contribute to code where required, as well as conducting code reviews, and providing mentoring and coaching to the team.
Tech Stack: C#, .NET/Core, Azure, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Serverless, Containers.
This is a hybrid role in Central London and requires 2 days per week onsite.
Salary is paying £100,000 - £120,000 + 15% Bonus + 20% Pension Scheme.
