With over 14 years of experience in education, including leadership roles in secondary schools and a strong recruitment background, I am dedicated to helping you find the right fit and supporting your professional growth. The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but the role is also open to fluent Spanish speakers without QTS who are passionate about teaching and learning. Has a strong passion for Spanish and inspiring students to achieve their best. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check.The Role: Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons using data to cater to the needs of all students. Mark and assess students' work, offering feedback that supports progress and attainment. Implement teaching strategies that encourage student engagement and achievement.
