We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing / Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient manufacturing, assembly, and quality of our diverse component product range. This role involves leading a dedicated production team, focusing on resource management, production planning, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet company objectives.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and engineering drawings would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Component Manufacturing Division, supporting the Production Director.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient department performance.
- Manage resources effectively to meet production targets and objectives.
- Utilise internal systems for production planning and stock management.
- Ensure all manufactured components meet quality standards and company requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager role
- Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, stocking, quality, planning & supply chain.
- Experience within Injection Moulding / Plastics would be advantageous
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings desirable.
Salary: 45k - 50k (dependent on experience).
