As a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Designer, you will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into captivating motion graphics and animations. You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our projects, working closely with other designers, editors, and clients to bring concepts to life.
WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO
- Motion Design & Animation: Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital content, including social media, web, video, and interactive projects.
- Creative Conceptualisation: Work with the creative team to develop concepts and visual ideas that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries.
- Storyboarding: Develop and present storyboards that communicate the narrative and visual style of each project.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and style across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with editors, designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics into larger multimedia projects seamlessly.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software in motion graphics and AI to keep our offerings cutting-edge.

- Proven experience in a motion graphics design role in a creative studio or integrated agency environment – can manage creative projects from concept to delivery
- Experience in 3D animation and rendering with knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Impressive portfolio of motion graphics projects demonstrating creativity, versatility, eye for detail and aesthetics, and technical animation/design skills
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, can translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives and has a passion for storytelling through motion design
- Highly collaborative and a strong team player while able to work independently and autonomously – is proactive, solution-oriented and uses initiative
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - builds strong relationships and brings a positive approach
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills - able to cope in a fast-paced environment, deal with changing priorities and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Agile, adaptable and flexible – enjoys a dynamic, fluid working environment and can multi-task
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Figma and knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
