REClifts is now looking for a Lift Engineer to manage a service route in a defined geographical patch. The route is already well-maintained.
Commutable from: Castle Bromwich, Northfield, Tyseley, Edgbaston, Rubery, Coleshill, Erdington, Bromford, Langley Green, Stechford, Kingshurst, Chelmsley Wood, Shard End, Moseley, Selly Oak.
Lift Engineer: Service, Repair, Call-Out
- Carry out the electrical and mechanical maintenance of all types of goods, passenger and service lifts and lifting equipment.
- Report service/repairs/defects to encourage improvements in lift equipment and safety.
- Complete maintenance schedules in accordance with agreed Service Contracts
- The aim of the role will be to efficiently manage your own service route. You will complete minor repairs on passenger lifts.
- Participate in callout rota
Ideal Candidate: Lift Engineer: Service, Repair, Call-Out
- Has at least 3 years experience as a Lift Engineer - passenger lifts - Essential
- Qualified NVQ 3 lift engineering discipline either service or installation - Essential
- UK Driving Licence - Essential
- Lives a commutable distance away from Central Birmingham or willing to relocate.
