Maintenance Supervisor (Building Services)

Position Maintenance Supervisor Salary £43,000 - £46,000 per annum - Dependant on Experience Location Farnborough ( Static Site ) Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm OVERVIEW This is a working site supervisors position where you will be required to look after the day to day running of a professional commercial office environment. Including people management / Delegation / being hands on with plant and equipment on site. This is a client facing role also, so you would be expected to liaise with the on site client. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure PPMs are delivered on time and efficiently Liaising with operations and administrative staff Call out Rota is compulsory Supervisory of a small team Undertake routine, reactive and additional works Understanding of Health and Safety REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Trade/City and Guilds Qualification or equivalent Use of CAFM systems Previous people management/ supervisory experience Minimum 5 years of Building Services experience Microsoft Office Literate Client liaison experience Logbook Management If you would like to learn more about this role please apply and we will contact you with the relevant information.
