Housing Litigation Solicitor

A top tier Legal 500 firm with offices across the North is looking for a solicitor/senior associate solicitor to join their housing and regeneration team. This role can be based out of their Preston or Manchester office on a hybrid basis. This full-service Law Firm have been consistently ranked in the Chambers and Legal 500 directories for social housing (Tier 1). You will benefit from working in a team supporting the head of department, partners and other solicitors on the continued success of the department. You will be responsible for: * A varied caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes * ASB and housing management matters, including some residential and leasehold * Attending court of hearings The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE (but all PQE above this will be considered) with previous experience of working in social housing litigation.
