My client who are a cleaning products supplier are currently looking for an Customer Care Administrator to work alongside their busy team on a Part-Time basis. My client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Care Administrator. Administrator 16 - 24 hours per week (Flexi hours and days) 4 weeks minimum  £12.00 ASAP Start Redditch Duties: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Liase with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Perform administrative tasks as needed. You will need to have: Previous experience in customer service or admin related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
