Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in early childhood education. In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with young children, parents, and colleagues. Creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching and learning.
