Sous Chef - Contract Catering - No late nights! - Chippenham - £15.42 per hour
Our client is a global player in the contract catering industry that supply catering and facility services to various sites throughout the UK.
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for their site in Wiltshire. This Company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress.
Key info: Salary: £15.42 per hour Location: Chippenham Hours: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days
Duties include: To set and maintain standards. To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state. To liaise with customers, to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate. To receive training that is necessary to maintain and improve the standards of the establishment. Anything else reasonably requested by the management of the organisation
What You Need to Be a Successful Sous Chef: Experience as a Sous Chef NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required Experience working in a high volume environment Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Good management skills and a strong leader
