Support the management of restaurant and in-room dining services. Lead team briefings to inspire and guide members, providing assistance as needed to reach shared goals. Engage with hotel guests and VIPs, preparing VIP reports for the Executive Management Team. Organize and oversee staff training sessions, including routine tastings. About You:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
