The role is pivotal in ensuring that productivity, SLAs, absence, quality, and Health & Safety targets are not only met but exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational team to positively impact operational KPI targets whilst creating a culture of engagement within your team and department.
• Ensure all activities are planned within budget and reviewed and adjusted based on department performance and volume changes.
• Skilfully motivate your team to manage complex warehouse processes across a diverse range of SKUs, with a focus on right first time quality standards.
• Support operational strategy, identifying areas to improve efficiency and taking action.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in operations management within the warehouse & logistics sector, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions to optimise performance.
