Outreach Worker

We are looking for a passionate Outreach Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. As an Outreach Worker, you will help with many parts of the young person’s new independent living such as: * Setting up utility accounts * Budgeting, particularly to ensure that fuel charges are paid * Health and well-being support * Helping to develop social networks * Guidance with accessing community facilities such as leisure and education * Confidence building The successful candidate must have; - NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People - Experience working with Young People - Good written and verbal communication skills If you meet the above specification then please get in touch ASAP, the successful applicant will be rewarded with: -Excellent rates of pay - Flexible working hours - Paid holiday - Ongoing career progression The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
