Our MOT Testing Centre in Patchway, North Bristol, has been serving the local community for over 35 years. With a loyal customer base and an excellent reputation, we are looking for a skilled MOT Tester to join our supportive team! Position: MOT Tester Location: Patchway, North Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM What Youll Be Doing: As part of our team, youll be responsible for ensuring vehicles meet the required safety and environmental standards. Your day-to-day duties will include: Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards Inspecting vehicle components such as tyres, brakes, lights, and emissions Diagnosing faults and recommending repairs or adjustments where necessary Communicating with customers regarding MOT results and any work required Recording accurate test results and updating the MOT system Assisting with general workshop duties alongside our team of mechanics when needed What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting from £30,000 (depending on experience) plus an Annual Bonus Pension Scheme 28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays) Full Training Provided on MOT JUICE and KIS Billing systems (experience with these systems is a bonus but not essential) What Were Looking For: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an MOT Tester A team player with strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and a sense of humour Commitment to providing excellent service and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment If youre looking to join a well-established business with a friendly and supportive team, wed love to hear from you!
