Key Responsibilities: Assess and address disrepair maintenance issues across the council's property portfolio, ensuring all work aligns with compliance standards, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Support the Repairs Partnering team to ensure contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver high-quality repairs across all contracts. Conduct frequent site visits to monitor work progress, ensuring detailed digital records are maintained, and prepare reports on various aspects of work. Update the asset management database with current project data and inspection outcomes.
