HGV 2 Driver Temp to Perm

Position: HGV 2 Driver Location: Stanford-le-Hope Hours: 06:00 starts Salary: £19.00 per hour DriverForce UK are seeking experienced HGV 2 drivers for our client based in Stanford-le-Hope You will be responsible for undertaking multidrop palletised deliveries usually between 5-10 drops, using a tail lift and operating a manual pump truck where you will unload at delivery. The hourly rate whilst on temp to perm is £19.00. The permanent salary after 13 weeks temp to perm is £38,000 per annum, overtime is paid after 50 hours per week. Duties but not inclusive to: Undertake on average 5-10 drops per shift, using tail lift and operating a manual pump truck where you will unload at delivery Complete daily walk around checks Liaising with the office to confirm delivery times and complete progress checks Communicate with management and the wider team Adhere to safety requirements Report any driving infringements to the office straight away Skills/Qualifications Required: Full LGV C (Class 2) licence holder No more than 6 penalty points on licence Driver CPC qualified or Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digi Tacho Card Reasonable level of fitness due to the nature of the role; dealing with heavy goods/manual handling Good geographic knowledge of Essex, London and surrounding areas A positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues Previous multi drop experience is required DriverForce UK Ltd is acting as an employment business TPBN1_UKTJ
