Exciting Opportunity: Due to our continued success and ambitious growth plans, we're searching for a visionary to join us in this Sales Team Leader to elevate our sales team to new heights. This role will be a split between hands on sales consulting and leadership of your sales team. Nurture and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support Actively participating in sales activities, including cold calling and negotiating with customers Setting and monitoring individual and team performance targets Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions Implementing and maintaining the company's training program Drive sales strategies that align with our innovative business model Actively engage in high-stakes client negotiations and strategic sales initiatives Working closely with the Sales Manager and Directors to achieve company goals and targets Requirements 6+ years of proven sales expertise, ideally with a strong background in utilities or energy 2+ years of triumphant sales leadership, demonstrating your ability to motivate and guide teams to success An understanding of the utilities market landscape and emerging trends would be beneficial Exceptional leadership acumen, with a talent for coaching and performance optimisation Benefits A cutting-edge office space in the heart of trendy Shoreditch Regular team social events that foster a vibrant company culture Extended break during the festive season Uncapped commission structure for unlimited earning potential Comprehensive training programs Gym membership The Essentials: Full-time position: Monday to Friday Compensation: £28,000 - £40,000 base salary (varies with age/experience) plus lucrative uncapped commission TPBN1_UKTJ
