They are now developing cloud-based practice management software that makes it easier for dental professionals to manage their practices. What You’ll Do Lead a team of talented engineers to design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions using C# and .NET Oversee ETL and data pipelines , ensuring seamless data flow and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Mentor and guide the team in best practices, driving continuous improvement in code quality and development processes. Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the software roadmap. Looking For Proven experience with C# and .NET . Strong knowledge of data management and ETL processes . Prior experience in a Team Lead role, or a desire to step into one. Ability to work remotely, while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration. Passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.
