Comply with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. Upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity.You will be working at our site in Chapleton, Aberdeen as part of our expansion plan.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will be able to lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.You will have previous Site Manager experience with a track record of accomplishments and success in the field.
