Role Overview: As the International Sales Manager , your primary objective will be to drive new business development across key European markets, targeting sectors such as agriculture, equestrian, construction, distributors. Your ability to identify emerging market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close high-value deals will be crucial to our success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our international growth strategy and delivering impactful results. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Development: Design and implement robust sales strategies to capture untapped markets, driving substantial growth in distribution channels. New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, positioning our products for success in competitive markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring we become a trusted partner and market leader. Sales Execution: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals that significantly contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—product development, marketing, and logistics—to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
