Senior Reliability Engineer

Due to continued growth we are looking for reliability engineer to support the asset care team. The role is field based working on several client sites predominantly in the food & beverage industry, looking at RCM Studies, condition monitoring reports, critical assessments and root cause analysis assessments.
This is a customer facing role therefore, you will need to be a confident engineer with the ability to guide clients and manage their expectations.
The role is field based covering the majority of the UK with head office based in Lincolnshire, you will be required to conduct overnight stays as part of your normal working week.
As a senior member of the reliability team, we would be looking for someone to guide and mentor the younger engineers within the reliability team.
The role as a Reliability Engineer:

• Work to our Safe Systems of Work
• Utilize the equipment issued to you for the safe execution of your work.
• Use people management skills to be able to co-ordinate a team of engineers
• Plan and execute both our engineers and client site engineers their tasks to achieve deliverables and targets

As a client facing role, possess necessary communication and skill sets to:

• Co-ordinate, structure and execute a R100 Reliability Process
• Have an understanding and conduct Condition Monitoring
• Facilitate FOCUS Assessments
• Understand Root Cause Analysis
• Working Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance Technology, Equipment Critciality and Failure Modes

Skills and Qualifications need to perform this Reliability Engineers Role:

• Electrically or mechanically qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent ideally apprentice trained however we will consider qualifications & time served.
• Microsoft Office
• Advanced experience with MS Excel (formulae, v look up etc.)
• Hold a valid, clean UK driving licence
• HNC/HND would be a distinct advantage
• CAT1 VA, IR or Acoustics is desirable but not essential.
• A demonstrated history of working as part of a reliability team looking at RCA assessments.
• Process driven & the ability to prioritise workloads is essential.

The package on offer for this reliability Engineers Role:

• Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000pa
• 40 hour week, flexible
• Travel time is accommodated within normal working week
• Over time at 1.5x
• Pension, Holiday
• Expenses covered.
