Overview Best In Class are seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Teacher and managing the challenges of our school environment. Responsibilities * Provide high-level administrative support to the Head Teacher * Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders * Manage the Head Teacher's schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments * Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations * Conduct research and compile data as required * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Assist in the organization of school events and special projects * Proactively chase specific information needed from senior leaders Day-to-day * Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently * Communicate effectively with the Head Teacher and other staff members * Coordinate with the PA to the Deputy Head Teacher to ensure seamless support * Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Maintain a professional and organized work environment I am looking for a strong-willed character to be PA to the Head Teacher to help with the challenges of the school, must not be scared of hard work and getting involved. Must be able to hold their own and chase specific info needed from senior leaders. I work extremely closely to the PA who must be able to juggle a range of demands.
